No. Accredited investors have free access to the site. If the total investment for a campaign is not raised, 100% of the investment dollars committed are returned to Investors.
Either 1.) the funding time will be extended by the Owner, or 2.) the funds invested will be refunded to the Investors, and no equity will be granted for those investments.

The first 50 percent of the investment will be paid back to the investor monthly for three years for a total of 36 payments. Investors then have the option to convert the remaining 50 percent of their investment into equity or continue getting paid back.

Yes. A monthly fee is charged to Owners to have a campaign published on CrowdFranchise. There is an initiation fee (which includes the first month of the subscription) which costs $299, and after the first month there is a monthly fee of $99/month.
CrowdFranchise accepts businesses which are franchisors for franchise concepts to become sponsors of the site. If your company is not a franchisor, it will be up to the discretion of the CrowdFranchise team to decide whether a campaign can be created.
Yes. Owners should have adequate business experience and a credit check will be performed. Being accepted as an owner is up to the discretion of the CrowdFranchise team based on credentials and concept.

We suggest making the minimum investment 1/100th of the total raise, however you can choose the minimum investment amount for your campaign.
